WHAT IS CIVIL SERVANTS HOUSING PROJECT?
In response to the challenge of the Civil Servants in failing to build their dream houses before and after retirement due to unstable economy. PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT FUND in collaboration with RAYMKA DEVELOPERS would like to introduce CIVIL SERVANTS HOUSING PROJECT, a quick and reliable housing loan programme, whose main target is to empower the civil Servant build their dream houses, and improve infrastructural development of Malawi.
WHY CIVIL SERVANTS HOUSING PROJECT?
This project will give the Civil Servants access to housing loans, at a very reasonable and affordable interest rate. When accessing the services no fees required to be paid in advance. To make it more easily accessible, the project will be split into phases and the loan will have a repayment plan of more than two years. The project will have a maximum 48 Hours approval rule. In unfortunate situation of death, before finishing repayment of the loan, the loan will be forfeited. The applications will be done online to fast truck the processes.
WHAT SERVICES WILL BE FINANCIED?
Under this project People Development Fund, will finance on behalf of Civil Servants to different companies to acquire different services on loan. The project has been split into three Phases: Phase 1. Land acquisition (free house plan and Bill of quantity), Phase 2. Building (Blocks and construction) and Phase 3. Finishes (Roofing, Windows and Doors, Plumbing etc).
